Joseph Plemelj (born on 11 December 1873 in Bled Castle, Austria-Hungary, and died on 22 May 1967) was an Austro-Hungarian and later Yugoslav mathematician of Slovene origin whose main contributions concerned the theory of analytic functions and the application of integral equations to the theory of potential.
