After the launch of the first collection celebrating the release of the new Asterix and the Griffin album in 2021, we're back with the most famous Gaul in 2022 for the second wave of the collection.

The front features the cover of the new Asterix and the Griffin album. Our two heroes, created over 60 years ago by René Goscinny and Albert Uderzo, are in the middle of a snowy landscape. Asterix is on the lookout on his horse, while Obelix is trying to retrieve Dogmatix from the top of a mysteriously shaped tree. But what is this creature? And where are our heroes?

The reverse of the coin features the iconic trio from the comic strip. Here, Asterix and Obelix each carry one of the numbers that make up the face value of the coin, highlighting the boundless energy of the two Gauls. Dogmatix, the faithful companion of our favourite characters, accompanies the two best friends. RF" is also inscribed on the reverse.
