Henri V, also known as Henri d?Artois, was the legitimist claimant to the throne of France following the abdication of Charles X in 1830.
However, he never actually reigned, as Louis-Philippe d?Orléans was proclaimed king after the Revolution of 1830.
Obverse: The obverse may feature the portrait of Henri V (a child at the time), surrounded by the inscription "HENRI V ROI DE FRANCE."
Reverse: The reverse generally displays a laurel wreath encircling the denomination "1 FRANC," along with the date "1831" and inscriptions such as "DIEU PROTÈGE LA FRANCE" ("God Protects France").
